French Christmas menu

1- Garlic butter sauteed shrimp.

 To celebrate in a proper way this winter holiday menu, we can start the menu with seafood. It is the perfect meal starter for christmas, it is not too rich, it allows you to begin the party with a wow meal that is simple to cook and it simply is delicious !

I thought about the classic butter clamps but in order to change a little, I chose to cook garlic butter sauteed shrimp. For me, it is almost impossible to have a Christmas meal without seafood !

It is very easy to cook, it doesn’t take a lot of time so you can enjoy the company of your guests.

To do this recipe, you need three ingredients : shrimps, butter and garlic ! If you are feeling fancy, you can add a pinch of parsley.

It is a 10 min prep for a perfect meal starter.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

-        500g of shrimps

-        2 cloves of garlic

-        50g of butter

-        Parsley

-        Salt and pepper

Steps of the recipe :

1)     Peel the shrimps.

2)     Chop the cloves of garlic.

3)     Melt the butter on your stove, add the garlic and the shrimps, season with salt and pepper.

4)     Cook until the shrimps are pink.

5)     Place the garlic butter shrimp on your plates and add some parsley on top of your preparation.

And that’s it ! Perfect buttered shrimp to enjoy before the next christmas dish ! J’adore !
